Refund Policy

Our pre-order items have a specific pre-order term, typically exceeding 14 days before the item is ready for delivery. If you wish to cancel your pre-order and request a refund, please note the following:

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if your cancellation request is made after the pre-order term of 14 days has elapsed.

• Refund Criteria: Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used during purchase.

• Refund Timing: Once your refund request is approved, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

• Non-Refundable Items: Some exclusions may apply. Customized or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
